Coaching For Resilience
The focus of this training programme, is to create a respectful conversation within a group dynamic, that gently and safely builds greater self-awareness and insight into ourselves, and deepens our understanding and empathy for others.
This programme explores many psychological theories including transactional analysis, resilience, emotional intelligence, and self-determination theory and uses exploration tools from a variety of sources including Life Coaching, mindfulness meditation and ancient wisdom traditions. It involves six two-hour facilitated workshops delivered via Zoom over a three-month period.
Participants are encouraged to embrace the assigned work and practices recommended between sessions as this forms a central aspect of the experience.
